You are responsible for the planning, implementation and control of target group-specific marketing measures for our B2B target groups window builders, architects and project customers. You know the specificities and needs of the target groups and develop different marketing and communication concepts. In addition, target group and contact point analyses as well as competition observations are your field of activity. You develop target group support concepts and are responsible for their implementation taking into account marketing automation. You design marketing roadmaps as well as target group-specific content and adopt the conception and implementation of trade fair and communication measures. In addition, you continuously develop target-group-specific marketing tools and actively engage in cross-departmental projects. You control agencies and are responsible for budget compliance.

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of business management, media communication, economic engineering or a comparable qualification, ideally focusing on marketing/communication. In addition, you have fun in communicating and working with different interfaces such as marketing internal, sales, digital business and external partners. You have first or more years of experience in B2B marketing, trade marketing or target group marketing. The customer is in your focus and you are inspiring with creative, differentiating and target-group-oriented marketing ideas. Embossed analytical skills, a good understanding of markets and target groups as well as communication strength complete your profile.
