You take over the award, maintenance and control of user and role rights throughout the company. You advise the specialist areas in the design of safe processes and effective controls and ensure that all permissions comply with the regulatory requirements. You plan, coordinate and implement innovations as well as changes as part of the release supply of our data center. You will ensure smooth transitions and document the changes. You also perform operational tasks in the administration of the core banking system, e.g. product administration. You support the specialist areas within the framework of the central project management in the preparation, implementation and refurbishment of projects. In in-house projects, you actively participate, bring your expertise and contribute to the successful implementation. You are available to our employees as competent contact for the OSPlus / OSPlus neo core banking system as well as for other internal banking applications. You advise on functional questions, train with new features and support in daily use.

You have a completed training as a bank clerk. Ideally, you already have experience from a savings bank, but can also convince with relevant experience from another bank or financial environment. You quickly collect complex workflows, analyze them structured and can efficiently organize your area of responsibility. You can identify both technical and process relationships and derive targeted optimization measures. You work proactively, show great commitment and adapt flexibly to changing requirements. At the same time, you are convinced by a strong team capacity, a clear and empathic way of communication and a pronounced service orientation towards colleagues. You are versed in dealing with common PC programs and Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and can safely use them for documentation, analysis and presentation of processes.
