A 13s BesO / EGr. 12 TVöD (52.981€ – 82.502€ annual gross, depending on professional experience)

Development, implementation and analysis of a urban strategy for the development of the real estate portfolio Identification of land and construction potentials for particularly time-critical needs of higher importance (e.g. replacement sites for school buildings for sudden outsourcing or urban stages etc.) Heading and development of the established team with a perspective of up to 3 employees:inside Development of a GIS-based reporting Coordination of tasks as well as optimization of procedures and ensuring a uniform procedure Control of personnel use and personnel development Training and instruction of employees:inside Cooperation in bodies, project groups and working groups Creating opinions, reports and approval templates at local councils, magistrate, municipal council meeting and lectures by the magistrate to the municipal council in connection with defined projects

Competence for the up-to-date general administrative service or completed university studies (Bachelor) multiannual professional experience (at least 2 years) in the field of portfolio management, asset management or project development Leadership skills and leadership experience Experience required in the application of common GIS programs as well as in the development and maintenance of databases / CAFM independent work and negotiation skills Conflict and Criticism strategic thinking Team skills Gender competence and intercultural competence
