in our North branch at the Stade office.

Management, control and coordination of tasks, objectives and processes of the department Professional and disciplinary leadership incl. Coaching and further development of staff Budget and resource responsibility as well as regular reporting to the management Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external partners Strategic development of departmental processes Project control in bridge and engineering construction (new construction, replacement construction, maintenance) Supporting complex construction projects including appointment, resource and financial management (ITWO/MAVIS/SAP) Coordination of structural measures and coordination with specialist planning Examination and approval of execution documents, performance descriptions and award documents award, contract management and technical support of construction, engineering and services Technical and contractual control of external service providers and acceptance of services

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering (Master, Dipl.-Ing. (Univ.)) with the deepening of structural engineering or a comparable qualification or relevant professional experience capable of carrying out the above-mentioned activities Knowledge of various technical regulations, guidelines, regulations and laws (e.g. RSA, EBKrG, ZTV-ING, HOAI, VOB, RIZ-ING, ...)
