Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the accounting team (approx. 20 MA) Responsibility for proper accounting and the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB Control and monitoring of all processes in debitor, creditor and plant accounting incl. Travel cost accounting and payment Ensuring the timely release of tax notifications (e.g. sales tax declarations) Cooperation in the development of internal guidelines, standards and procedural instructions Development and Automation/Digitalization of Accounting Processes and Systems (SAP, EDI, Workflow etc.) Participation in projects in finance and accounting Close cooperation with the Head of Accounting and direct line Contact person for auditors, tax advisors and internal departments
