Number: MER00048I6 In the field of development controlling, our team supports you in the financial management and organisational development of the development areas. You will get exciting insights into the processes of an international development environment and take responsibility for yourself. Your tasks: Operational day-to-day operations in development controlling cooperation with administrative and organisational activities in the context of ongoing controlling processes Independent coordination of cross-departmental coordination and support in the clarification of requirements Support of organisational and system-based adjustments and changes

Cooperation in the implementation of organisational and structural measures Installation and adaptation of organisational, team and project structures Maintenance and updating of project names, responsibilities and assignments as part of organisational changes

Support of project and master data in SAP installation and maintenance of project structures, orders and confirmations in SAP systems Ensuring a consistent and current data base by maintaining master and movement data Support in quality assurance and harmonisation of project data

Data analysis and further development of system structures Processing, analysis and structuring of data stocks with Microsoft Excel Support in the maintenance, updating and optimization of existing system and data structures Cooperation in the further development of controlling and reporting processes
