Your key tasks as a lawyer (m/w/d) include consulting member companies and founders on various legal issues. The areas of general civil law, purchasing law, rental law, competition law, commercial law, as well as e-commerce and labelling obligations are regularly addressed. You can organize events and webinars. In addition, you contribute to the preparation of opinions on various legal issues and legislative procedures and support the IHK's committee work.

As an (economic) journalist (m/w/d) you have the tool for sound assistance in legal matters from the entrepreneurship. An understanding of economic relations is indispensable. As a strong team player, you understand how to formulate legal and complex issues easily and intelligibly at the level of your respective contacts and bring multi-year experience in the consultation. You can structure your work independently, adapt to new things and unexpecteds at any time, react in conflict situations and offer practical solutions. In addition, you will have experiences in the event organization and implementation. A sovereign occurrence vis-à-vis customers and business partners is just as natural for you as a pronounced methodological competence and the experienced handling of Microsoft 365.
