Head of Department Plant Operation Secondary Technology – Energy Supply (m/f/d)

You assume the overall responsibility for the management, organisation and control of the plant operation secondary technology department with a total of five teams. In this role, you drive forward the strategic development of the department, boost the future orientation and shape future-oriented structures. This ensures the performance of the department and ensures efficient processes as well as high quality standards for the services and products responsible. You are responsible for the associated business processes, optimize their processes and act as a central interface for the relevant stakeholders.

You have completed or completed an engineering study, such as electrical engineering or energy engineering. have a comparable level of knowledge thanks to many years of professional practice and have several years of technical leadership experience. Ideally, you have already been active in operating operations, in particular associated with secondary technology. You are able to advance the strategic development of the department with new ideas and to represent views accordingly. In addition, you are actively engaged in the overall optimum of the company.
