After completion of an 18-month trainee program, the trainee program qualifies you for the independent exercise of an activity in the team of corporate customers, department of middle and commercial customers Comprehensive trainee program with insights into different areas of corporate customer business Introduction to the holistic and qualified consulting of industrial customers in all financial matters Pre- and post-processing of customer appointments incorporation into a future customer portfolio and qualified representation Monitoring the current market conditions Learning the product catalog in the corporate customer area Personal support through experienced mentors and regular feedback talks

High customer and sales orientation Completed banking training and/or dual studies as well as initial experience in customer consulting Interest in commercial credit and acquisition strength
