You are responsible for all commercial transactions of our commercial properties You check and collect contractual information in the SAP-based real estate management system You are the first contact person for our rental and renting They work with specialist projects They work closely with the fields of secondary costs and technical building management They take over administrative tasks in the real estate management sector (for example, the creation and testing of permanent rental invoices or sales rental invoices)

You have completed a degree in real estate or a comparable commercial training (for example as a real estate businesswoman) or equivalent qualifications acquired by professional experience and training You have practical experience in the real estate sector They are safe in handling MS Office products and ideally SAP They inspire with a very good self-organization and negotiation security They work independently, targeted and networked They show enforcement strength and a pronounced communication capability
