Leadership: You control the day-to-day operating business in the market and keep an eye on the business performance indicators. Personal responsibility: You lead the market team and ensure an effective organization and motivation of employees. Assortment design: You are responsible for the design of our range and have a sense of trends. Sales promotion: You optimize and design the sales areas, present the current assortments and organize sales promotion measures.

Training: A completed commercial or business training Professional experience: Multiannual professional experience as market management, branch management or leadership, ideally in food trade Commodity competence: assortment knowledge in food trade Strategic thinking: Business and analytical understanding Leadership competence: leadership with team spirit, empathy and communication skills Certificates: Ideally the training certificate and the certificate for free-sale medicines – but are not a must!
