As part of this position, together with our operators, you are responsible for the safe operation of our backbone and access transport networks (MPLS-TP, DWDM and SDH systems). You take a leading role for the fast and efficient detection, analysis and destruction of all the techniques used in our network infrastructure. You support our operators in carrying out planned maintenance measures and are available as contact persons in challenging situations. With complex and extensive network extensions, you are responsible for implementing the new devices in our management systems, proactive analysis, elimination and documentation of network and service disruptions occurring - in cooperation with all technical fields. You also monitor the proper implementation and routing of new services in our networks. As a specialist: in communication networks, you can share your knowledge and experience with your colleagues and support them in complex operational processes and work. Your expertise makes it easy for you to structure and prioritize the upcoming operational work. You actively and terminologically support system operation in the introduction of new devices and the operational implementation of projects.
