As a social pedagogue (m/w/d) in the outpatient assistance for education in Schwerin (https://ib-nord.de/location/211042 ), you are not only a pedagogical specialist but also a partner in a strongly connected social area. Your tasks:

• Individual and person-centric advice and support for clients in their personal environment
• Support for the development of personal life perspectives and promotion of self-determination
• Support in crisis and conflict situations
• Cooperation with cost-beneficiaries, participating institutions and network partners
• Participation in team meetings and Supervision

Your profile:

• Complete study of social education, social work or comparable qualification with state recognition
• Ability to work independently structured
• Organisational capacity
• Patience and empathy
• Experience in psychosocial counselling and methodological knowledge desirable
• Fun on self-sponsored and value-adding work with clients
• Team skills
• Willingness to continue and further education
• MS-Office knowledge
• Class B driving licence
