Maintenance and repair work on ventilation systems and technical equipment Regular maintenance of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary facilities (HKLS) according to maintenance plans troubleshooting and fault diagnosis on technical systems – ensuring smooth operation Participation in the optimization of plants with regard to energy efficiency and operational safety Diagnosis and remedying technical problems for HKLS systems Perform maintenance logs and create repair reports Compliance with safety standards and legal regulations in the field of building technology Active participation in security and training measures

Completed training as a technician, plant mechanic or mechatronic (w/m/d) in the field of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitation technology (HKLS) Professional experience in maintenance and maintenance of HKLS and ventilation systems – ideally in industrial environments Self-employed, structured and team-oriented work Good knowledge of German in word and writing Willingness to continue and call (with additional remuneration) driving licence class B
