Tasks

• Telephone follow-up of potential new customers (Warmakquise)
• Qualification and documentation of customer contacts in the CRM system
• Agreement of follow-up dates or personal consultations with the field service
• Recording information or offers
• Care and development of early stage customer relationships
• Close exchange with the sales team to optimize the acquisition strategies
• Participation in internal sales meetings to hand over qualified leads
• Creating simple call logs or contact reports

Requirements

• Experience in the telephone customer address or sales service
• Communicative, friendly and convincing appearance on the phone
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Knowledge in handling CRM systems and MS-Office
• Structured and independent operation
• Basic technical understanding or interest in construction & prototype development
• High self-motivation and fun in contact with people
• Teamability and reliability
• Experience in B2B communication, ideally with customers from the technical or industrial environment
• Commercial or technical training of advantage
