Product Owner Digital Platforms (m/f/d)

Actively shape the digital future of healthcare! As Product Owner (m/w/d) Digital Platforms, you play a key role in the introduction and establishment of a product-centric working model within the IT landscape of the University Hospital Schleswig-Holstein. Together with interdisciplinary teams, you develop innovative solutions that create direct added value for the users in the clinic and administration environment.

Responsibility for a pilot product or a product platform along the entire product life cycle (BizDevOps approach). Control of product development, prioritization of the backlog and ensuring a need-oriented implementation of sprints and releases. Development and implementation of pragmatic, user-oriented solutions to quickly achieve measurable added value. Construction and professional leadership of an interdisciplinary pilot team. Design and continuous development of cooperation between agile product development, IT service management, demand management and project management. Documentation and evaluation of the results from the pilot operation as a basis for the further development of the IT organization. Active stakeholder management as well as mediation between departments and technical implementation teams. Ensuring transparent, target-group-oriented communication across different hierarchy levels.

Successfully completed studies of (medical) informatics, business informatics, economics with IT focus or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in IT product management, as a product owner or in a comparable control and interface function. Practical experience in the introduction and implementation of agile practices, ideally in ITIL-shaped organisations. Experience in the professional leadership of interdisciplinary teams. Understanding modern IT concepts such as cloud technologies, DevOps and Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD). Basic knowledge or interest in the topics Artificial intelligence, data integration and modern IT platforms. Driving license class B.
