Team Leader Back-Office Industrial Service & Fluid Service (m/f/d)

You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of our back office in the field of industrial and fluid service and, together with your team, ensure a smooth running of administrative and commercial service processes. You coordinate tasks, plan personnel deployment and promote the professional and personal development of your employees. You continuously develop processes and structures in the back office and support the digitization of processes. You work closely with the operating areas, our customers and external service providers and ensure reliable order processing. You support the creation of evaluations, key figures and reports and actively contribute to the further development of the industrial and fluid service sectors.

You have completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial businessman, commercial specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you bring several years of professional experience in the commercial interior service, service back office or in the order processing of a technical environment. You have already gained first leadership experience. You have already gained experience in the technical service or a comparable service-oriented environment. The secure handling of MS Office and a goods management system, e.g. SAP, complete your profile. You take responsibility, make informed decisions and understand how to guide your team motivating and targeted. You think process- and service-oriented, keep an overview and act economically even in high work volumes. You act in a solution-oriented manner, make decisions safe and promote an appreciation cooperation in the team.
