As the heart of our home technology team, you are responsible for the maintenance, repair and reinstallation of our sanitary and heating systems. You are going to troubleshoot our building equipment and make sure everything works smoothly from water supply to heating. In close cooperation with your teammates, you plan regular inspections and document your work done carefully. You support general operational processes, help with event technology or IT-first-level support. After you have been involved, you will also be able to use call-readiness services and, if necessary, occasional driving services.

Your basis is a completed training as a gas and water installer:in, plant mechanic:in for SHK or a comparable qualification. You already have professional experience in the maintenance and maintenance of industrial plants. You have at least one class B license – ideally you already have class C or are motivated to acquire it. As a team player, you work independently, solution-oriented and like to pack up where it is necessary. For the smooth coordination in everyday life, you speak fluent German (at least C1 level).
