You are going to lead our Raab Karcher branch in Pritzwalk

You are responsible for achieving the strategic and operational objectives, attractiveness, cost efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the entire site

Form, develop and motivate our team with your leadership skills

You maintain and manage customer relationships and processes according to the central requirements of the divisions and in coordination with the sales managers

In doing so, you will ensure a targeted and economical execution organization while maintaining the central requirements

In addition, you conduct price negotiations with suppliers as a fair partner

With creativity and commitment, you take marketing measures such as handicraft breakfasts, tool nights or the like.

You have already gained several years of experience in leading position in the area of sales and/or sales
