Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field (preferred)

Strong understanding of optics, laser technology, and light engineering is desirable
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
Understanding of materials that could or should be used (biocompatible, manufacturability, etc.), calculations and simulations where possible, in collaboration with experts
Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across departments
Ability to present technical information clearly and concisely
Strong interest in technology and development, with a focus on new applications in medical technology
