Incident Manager (m/f/d)

As a responsible person for communication with Major Incidents and Crises, you shape the associated processes and keep our customers up to date in the event of major disruption. In our strong ITSM team, you – in coordination with other team members – take responsibility for further processes You guide internal and external customers to the best possible solutions for questions about enterprise service management and related topics You translate technical requirements together with the team into specific adjustments for the items-ITSM suite

You have a degree in business informatics or a comparable qualification and brings experience in ITIL's IT service management Additional knowledge in the field of business continuity management or IT service continuity management helps you quickly find your new role You are strong in communication, customer-oriented and bring the right mindset for process management with Also in complex situations you keep an overview and create structure Work in an agile team is familiar to you – or you have fun getting involved in it And if you also have experiences with an IT service provider or in the energy industry, this is an ideal addition, but no need
