Sales strategy & market development Development and implementation of effective sales strategies in the field of semiconductor production in cooperation with sales Customer management Construction and maintenance of long-term customer relationships at technical level Advising our customers on product solutions, process optimization and technological innovations Preparation of technical presentations for sales Planning and implementation of customer appointments and technical presentations Ensuring high customer satisfaction and developing individual key account strategies Supply and Project Management Creation of offers, cost calculations and technical specifications in close cooperation with development and product management Control of the entire technical distribution process – from the first request to the contract negotiation to the successful order Detailed project transfer to the CPM team after order entry Close coordination with internal interfaces such as production, R&D and quality management Support for the launch of new products and technologies Reporting and Controlling Creation of regular forecasts, reports and performance analyses Company representation at international trade fairs, conferences and industry events

Complete degree in engineering or comparable qualification At least seven years of professional experience in the technical distribution / application of semiconductor manufacturing plants readiness for international missions Careful, independent and structured operation Safe appearance and readiness for technical presentations before a larger audience (500+) Open communication and the ability to accept and implement constructive feedback Very good knowledge of English (in word and writing)
