You advise customers from the manufacturing industry on professionally driven ERP and IT strategies: from understanding the business processes to the resilient target architecture and implementation roadmap You analyze end-to-end value flows in production, logistics and supply chain taking into account the interfaces to product development and PLM, procurement, sales, finance and service or After Sales You develop technical target images as well as building and integration scenarios for ERP landscapes You define Clean-Core Guide Planks (System of Record vs. Innovation) and enored skills specifically in ERP, PLM, APS, MES, BI, CRM and Service – from conception to implementation You moderate strategic discussions with specialist and IT, evaluate action options and make impacts of process, architecture and design decisions transparent You are responsible for projects end-to-end, develop trusted customer relationships, develop our industry offering and coach your team as a lead – or grow as a senior

You have a very good degree in economics, informatics, engineering or similar discipline and have at least four years of experience in consulting or transformation in the manufacturing industry You can structure complex process and IT landscapes and develop comprehensible target images, basis of decision and implementable roadmaps Depth in at least one value stream (production, logistics, supply chain, product development/PLM) and understanding of adjacent ERP processes You are safe in at least one ERP country (SAP ERP/ECC, SAP S/4HANA or Microsoft Dynamics); also available in SAP BTP, Microsoft Platform Ecosystem or ERP–MES/Shopfloor integration You work analytically, independently and structured, speak very good German and English and are interested in topics from production, supply chain and industrial digitalization
