In order to further expand our dedicated team, we are looking for a process/construction engineer (m/w/d) for hydraulic systems that expertly advises our customers and actively shapes the market. .

Your tasks • Your profile • What we offer

Construction of hydraulic systems and selection of components Implementation of the overall design of hydraulic systems, selection of components and design of parameters based on the technical requirements of the product and the project specifications. Compilation of relevant process documentation for hydraulic systems, including but not limited to standard work instructions (SOPs), process cards, unit lists (BOM) and inspection specifications. Construction of production and inventory drawings as well as creation of piece lists for assembly materials.

Planning and optimization of hydraulic processes Determination, refinement and standardization of production and assembly processes for hydraulic systems. Participation in the design of devices and mounts to improve assembly efficiency, system stability and ease of maintenance.

Performance analysis and simulation Implementation of hydraulic circuit simulations, performance analyses and validations using relevant software (e.g. AMESim, MATLAB/Simulink, SolidWorks, AutoCAD). Implementation of energy consumption analyses, pressure loss calculations and safety assessments for systems. Test validation and problem solution Organisation of troubleshooting, test validation and performance testing of prototypes for hydraulic systems. Treatment of technical problems such as system leakages, vibrations, noises and overheating and formulation of corrective measures.

Cross-departmental cooperation with the mechanical, electrical and control teams to ensure compatibility between hydraulic systems and the entire machine structure/control systems. Cooperation with the Research and Development, Procurement and Quality Control departments to promote the validation of new product processes. Technical support and training for the teams in the areas of production, quality assurance and customer service.

Technical documentation and standardization Development of technical specifications, user manuals, process documentation and inspection standards. Participation in technical research in the industry to advance the introduction of new technologies, materials and processes.

Bachelor or higher degree in mechanical engineering, hydraulics and pneumatics, fluid technology, mechatronics or a related field. Knowledge of the performance, principles, selection and system design methods of hydraulic components (pumps, valves, cylinders, engines, etc.). Detectable experience in the design of hydraulic circuits and sound knowledge in one or more hydraulic simulation software packages. Confidence with manufacturing processes, assembly methods and commissioning methods for hydraulic systems. Controlling design and development software such as CREO, CAD, CAXA and OFFICE as well as hydraulic simulation software such as AMESim or Simster Skills in the field of process design and handling of CAD, SolidWorks and similar software for creating process drawings and three-dimensional models. Embossed problem solving capabilities for independent diagnosis and troubleshooting. Excellent communication, coordination and team skills as well as experience in project management are advantageous. Bonus points (not necessarily required): Confidentiality with 3D modeling software such as Pro/E, SolidWorks and Inventor. Experience in the fault analysis of hydraulic systems and vibration/noise reduction. Participation in large-scale projects for the design of hydraulic systems or for the planning of hydraulic processes in factories. Confidence with design standards for hydraulic systems (ISO, GB, SAE) as well as with assembly, commissioning and test methods and knowledge of test methods for hydraulic systems and fault diagnosis workflows. Applicants with experience in construction machines, industrial plants, automation systems, heavy machinery or related areas are preferred.
