Team management of 8 employees

Responsibility for the handling of national and international goods transport from the mechanical engineering industry, including the organisation of global export and occasional import via various transport modes

Monitoring and optimization of complex export and import processes in cooperation with international logistics service providers

Air, sea and land freight, with a focus on export processing and heavy transport

Selection and coordination of external service providers (species and express services), ensuring the quality and compliance of service-level agreements

Experience with customs procedures and tariffs, responsibility for customs and compliance policies and export control

Close cooperation with international teams and internal departments to develop innovative solutions and increase logistics efficiency

Complete training as a merchant/wife for forwarding and logistics services, foreign trader/wife or completed studies, ideally with further education in the logistics or supply chain sector

At least 5 years of professional experience in the processing of global ex- and import business in a manufacturing industrial company

Experience in cooperation with international teams

Leadership experience of advantage

Analytical, structured functioning and high self-responsibility

Strong communication, team-oriented, business understanding, enforcement

Secure handling of MS Office (Excel, Outlook), ideally ERP experience (Proalpha)
