We are looking for the next time Account Manager (m/w/d) To support our Finance and Tax team, we are looking for a balance sheet holder (m/w/d) by 30.06.2028. You play a key role in the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as in business reporting, ensuring that our financial processes run efficiently and reliably.

Completion and financial reporting – you are planning short-term success calculations as well as monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB for an assigned area and prepare the results for management in an address-oriented manner. Reporting and KPI analysis – you develop meaningful reports, analyze business management key figures and support the company's financial management with sound evaluations. Analyses and reporting – you are creating statistics, evaluations and decision-making templates and providing transparent and prompt reporting. Process optimization – you identify optimization potentials and actively shape financial processes. In particular, you are driving forward the further development of monthly closing processes within the financial sector and in cross-division cooperation. Cooperation with external partners – you act as a competent contact person for auditors, tax advisors, banks and authorities and prepare the necessary documents professionally.

You complete our team if you... a successfully completed commercial training (e.g. as a tax specialist (m/w/d), account holder (m/w/d) or tax specialist (m/w/d)) or a study with a focus on finance, accounting, tax or business. ideally, we have successfully completed the training as a balance sheet holder (m/w/d). has several years of professional experience in financial and accounting, preferably in hospitals or in an audit or tax consultancy company. provide sound knowledge of balance sheet accounting and the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts. analytically think and possess a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner. work safely with MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally bring SAP-FI knowledge. likes to work in the team and competently attends different speakers.
