As a helper powder coating (m/w/d), helper powder coating (m/w/d) or production helper coating (m/w/d), we offer you an exciting opportunity to become part of a motivated team and to introduce your craft skills as well as your ability to work together in a dynamic production environment. In this position you will be directly involved in production, contribute to quality assurance and are an important part of the entire production process. The location is located in the beautiful Frankenberg region, where you will be active in a modern operation.

• You serve and monitor production plants and machines.
• You are responsible for compliance with production standards and quality controls.
• You carry out simple maintenance work on machines.
• You support the team in various production tasks and contribute to optimizing processes.
• You always adhere to the safety rules and promote a safe workplace.

We are looking for

To be successful as a helper (m/w/d), you should bring some basic skills and qualifications. Is that your first place in production? No problem! Professional beginners are also welcome!

• You bring a good technical understanding and craftsmanship.
• You are motivated, reliable and are happy to work in the team.
• You have ideally first experiences in production, but also cross-comers are welcome.
• You are ready to work in shiftwork and have a flexible attitude.
• You speak and understand German to safely implement work processes.
