Do you want to manage internal processes, redesign internal processes with your ideas and commitment, and rebuild internal communication in production engines? Then you're right here! Be part of the center coordination MO/PM (power train/motors) and experience how Mercedes-Benz engines are built. In our center, around 2000 employees produce the hearts of our cars. The center coordination directly supports the management of the center. We coordinate all overarching tasks, such as human resources coordination, security, environmental and energy issues, efficiency management, cross-border projects and initiatives, internal communication and process development, standards and methods. In your mandatory practice, you will get an insight into the complex processes of motor production in Europe, the leadership structure in high-level management, as well as cooperation with numerous internal partners, such as planning, quality management, logistics and controlling. When participating in current projects and tasks, you will get the opportunity to implement your innovative ideas and redesign processes. We look forward to you as part of our team! These tasks come to you: Cooperation in the operational and organisational field of responsibility and direct support for the management of engine production Participation in the internal structuring of the team and the daily tasks, including action tracking and ensuring regular communication Participation in the preparation and preparation of presentation documents for top management Working with the design, organisation and preparation of workshops, townhalls and other events Participation in the preparation and follow-up of bodies and working groups Processing and transparent presentation of data, e.g. as a decision template Processing of projects in cooperation with the team, with executives and adjacent areas Participation in the further development of the internal communication concept and optimization of existing initiatives, as well as the development and implementation of measures Editorial preparation and writing of texts for internal channels, with possibly associated image and video creation Support and further development of our internal social intranet appearance The activity can begin from March 2026.

Course in Communications/Economy, Marketing, Business/Economy, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Humanities/Social Sciences or a comparable degree course Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Fun in creating image and video material Quick understanding and agility Analytical way of thinking and structured working Creative ideas and good communication skills with the necessary fingertip feeling Organisational capacity and reliability Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
