Therapist work is closely linked with everyday pedagogical work. The long-term accompaniment in the 24-hour setting of the stationary youth aid allows continuous advances, accompanies and reflects. The focus is on direct work with the residents – with much more space for relationship, design and professional impulses than for pure bureaucracy. Own methods, ideas and priorities are expressly welcome and can be included in the further development of the offer. Designing and developing the therapeutic environment in the multi-professional team Introducing therapeutic and interference-specific perspectives in aid processes, case discussions and concept development Implementation of individual and group offers and the establishment of sustainable relationships Cooperation with parents, relatives and external partners, e.g. youth offices, schools and clinics Participation in help schedule discussions as well as regular reflection and coordination in the team Flexible working time design – suitable for the working field and in joint coordination
