Creation and implementation of quality assurance plans for development Coordination of customer complaints including Processing and tracking of the implementation of corrective measures Determination of Correction Measures with Manufacturing/R&D/Supplier Based on Cause Analysis Creation, release and documentation of 8D reports on systematic problem solving in quality deviations Serial production support to ensure quality objectives Evaluation of quality-relevant data and development of quality improvements Implementation of process analyses and internal and external audits Implementation and application of common methods such as D-FMEA and quality management tools Customer communication on causes of failure and depositing measures

Complete studies in electrical engineering or comparable training Ideally multi-year professional experience in a comparable position Experiences in the field of battery charge, CANopen, Ethernet, wireless charging and knowledge are of advantage. Industrial standards Standing for international missions (approx. 20%) Intercultural competence, fun at work in the team and good communication skills Responsibility and Responsibility Very good knowledge of German and English
