Number: MER0003XY8 Are you a student and looking for a varied activity in a dynamic team in the field of IT infrastructure in Stuttgart? We offer you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in an international group and develop your professional and personal know-how. In this position, you support our team as well as department management mainly in the field of strategic management in responsible tasks, such as pre- and post-processing of management meetings and the creation of KPI slides using internal dashboards. In addition, you have the opportunity to participate in innovative projects in the IT context, together with our business partners, neighboring departments and external partners. Your tasks: Preparation of presentations: Develop strategic slides for management that clearly communicate our vision and goals

Create technical presentations on topics that illustrate complex content in a comprehensible and appealing manner

Management meetings and workshops: Support management meetings and workshops to ensure that all relevant information is available and documented

Actively participate in management meetings and workshops and bring your ideas and perspectives

Innovation: You support us in identifying and implementing AI Use Cases to optimize our internal processes

The activity can start from March/April 2026.

You are a registered student*in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Communication or in a relevant course

You have strong analytical skills and an affinity on technical topics

You are communicative and like to work in the team

You speak fluent German and English

You have ideally experience dealing with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and teams
