After an intensive incorporation, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of the Service Excellence Strategy together with the management. You have fun developing international service processes and workflows. You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of 15 employees in the field, in-service and in the service workshop. With your team, you contribute significantly to the binding of our customers and to ensuring our high service and quality standards. In a direct exchange with our assembly and development department, you are actively contributing to the improvement of our machines and bringing inputs for new developments.

(m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d) in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, etc. You could gain relevant professional experience in the service of an industrial company and already first leadership experience. You are an absolute organizational talent and have a lot of pleasure in growing beyond yourself together with your motivated team. You live a high customer and service orientation and your hand-on skills are excellent. Good MS Office knowledge and good knowledge in an ERP system round off your profile. With very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, you can play out your communication strength and enforcing power. There is a willingness to participate in international missions.
