For the ESF Plus project “Work, Money, Chances – for Strong Parents” (CHANCE) in the consulting and therapy center (BTZ) Hainholz in Elmshorn, we are now looking for a social pedagoguein as a consulting force (m/w/d). The place is to be occupied in part-time with 19.5 hours per week and within the framework of the funding programme is limited to three years, possibly with the option to take over. Your working environment: BTZ Hainholz offers a range of services in the field of social consulting, district work and youth promotion. The CHANCE project located there supports parents and families in social stabilization, (re-)integration into work and strengthening their self-reality. It is aimed in particular at single parents, families in poverty situations and persons with migration biography. They work in a dedicated, multi-professional team consisting of project management, network coordination, advisory staff, administrative staff and childcare. As an advisory body, you accompany people on a daily and resource-oriented basis in change processes and help them create new perspectives.
