The ERP Integration Resources Management ERP department focuses on planning, staging and reporting. It supports the management of the ERP in the implementation of orders from the HFP around the retrieval business of the RVD, in the planning and forecasting and in the planning and procurement of services by external service providers. The department forms an interface to the commercial central functions.

They form the interface to the internal and external organizational units of the BWI and to our customer of the Bundeswehr Support of ERP management level, through continuous analysis of business figures Own-responsible forecasts of the expected course of business, regular reporting, regular target/actual comparisons and compilation of the monthly forecast Independent implementation of supplier management with the focus on forecasting and analysis as well as evaluation of awards Examination of the proper delivery of services in particular the check of receipts and clearance of invoices Support in the procurement of all external resources necessary for the provision of services

Completion of vocational education and training with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience Relevant professional experience after studying or training in the fields of reporting or controlling Funded knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and SAP user knowledge A high customer and service-oriented thinking and acting as well as the ability to work project- and team-oriented German language skills in word and writing High self-initiative, analytical ability and enforcing ability complete your profile
