Responsibility for product development over the entire life cycle of control and control systems – from idea to market introduction to continuous further development Defining and implementing product strategy and developing roadmaps taking into account market requirements, technology trends and regulatory frameworks Recover, analyze and prioritize customer and stakeholder requirements and translate these into technical specifications Coordinating and controlling interfaces between development, distribution, project management, admission and service as a central entity Analyze and evaluate market and competition developments in the field of railway control and safety technology, as well as deriving innovation and diversity potentials Accompanying and supporting development projects, including facilitating features, as well as removing and ensuring the quality of results Responsibility and monitoring of the economic performance of the products including taxes on business cases, costs, margins and professional

Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology, computer science or industrial engineering and comparable quality Designed professional experience in product management, ideally in the field of control technology, HMI systems or safety-critical systems Industry knowledge of the railway industry Experience in the development and marketing of technical products requiring declarations Knowledge of relevant standards and standards (e.g. CENELEC standards, such as EN 50126 / 50128 / 50129) desirable Understanding system architecture, software / hardware integration and intersections Ability to translate requirements into marketable strategies Strong communication and secure access to stakeholders Very good German and good English skills Entrepreneurial thinking and a structured, solution-oriented approach
