SAP Basis Engineer Security (m/f/d)

Actively shape the future of our SAP security: You develop new safety standards and curing measures for our SAP landscapes and ensure a clear documentation.

You actively pass on your expert knowledge to the SAP base team and enable your colleagues to implement security aspects in day-to-day business and projects For questions about SAP security, you are the main contact partner and are supported by colleagues in the areas of permissions, operating systems, networks and firewalls

You accompany the implementation of the defined security measures and the curing of our systems – both on-premise and in the cloud

You introduce a process for automated testing of ABAP hardness with the XITING Security Architect and make sure that our security policies are complied with

Keep an overview: You analyze alarms from security monitoring, develop processes for alarm treatment and design new detection patterns for the further development of alarm logic

You support the smooth operation and the high availability of our SAP systems (including HANA/Oracle) and bring your expertise into technical projects

You have a completed training as a specialist:in for system integration or a comparable qualification With SAP-based integration, you already know yourself and bring sound knowledge to S/4 HANA, SAP ERP, HANA DB and Linux or Windows servers, as this is the basis of your security work You are safe in handling SAP Security Notes, encryption technologies (SNC, SSL), login procedures (SSO) and curing measures In addition, you can evaluate security incidents and design logical patterns for monitoring alerts and document complex security standards and process sequences in a comprehensible and structured manner You bring an understanding of topics such as certificate management, network infrastructure, firewalls, etc. With IT processes (ITIL) in the support environment you are familiar and have experience in independent project collaboration A high degree of organizational skills, team skills and the will to share knowledge, characterize you
