Design challenging infrastructure and building projects in the heart of North Rhine-Westphalia We are looking for an experienced building manager (m/w/d) Spezialtiefbau, which strengthens our team in the Rhein-Ruhr region.

You take over the technical and organizational management of the construction monitoring during the execution phase and make sure that complex special depth construction measures are implemented in time, cost and quality. General responsible construction supervision and coordination of construction monitoring in the field of special construction Monitoring the performance of construction services in conformity with the contract and regulatory framework Coordination and control of several contractors and subcontractors during construction scheduling, appointment tracking and active appointment management to ensure project objectives Participation in cost management, follow-up management and project controlling Examination and assessment of dimensions and calculation of construction performance Leadership, preparation and moderation of construction meetings, Jour-fixe appointments and coordination talks Coordination of the interfaces between builders, designers, expert experts and exporting companies Documentation and reporting to builders and project participants Support in risk assessment and development of solution strategies for technical and terminological challenges

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable technical qualification At least 10 years of professional experience in construction monitoring or Construction overhead line of complex special construction projects desirable Comprehensive expertise in all common construction pit safety methods such as drilling pile and slot walls, bulkhead and carrier hollow walls as well as anchoring, stiffening, sealing and water retention systems Detectable experience in the management of appointments, costs and construction processes of complex specialty building projects and well-founded knowledge in the accounting of construction services according to VOB Safe handling of supplements, dimensions and performance specifications Experience in controlling and coordinating multiple contractors and trades Representative communication, moderation and leadership skills Structured, solution-oriented and independent mode of operation
