Advising architects, planners, general contractors and other project participants on technical issues, feasibility and normative requirements (e.g. fire protection, escape and rescue routes, accessibility) Development of individual solution concepts taking into account feasibility, efficiency (ROI/TCO) and regulatory requirements Application of dormakaba planning tools for modeling and designing complex door solutions in the project planning phase Creation and processing of tender texts incl. Use of common platforms (e.g. Sirados) Advice on industry-specific solutions with special focus on vertical markets Cooperation with Business Development, Digital Planning, Sales and Marketing Implementation of information and training events as well as independent presentations and workshops in industry associations and networks

Completed 3-year technical or commercial training (e.g. technicians) or comparable bachelor studies in the field of economic and engineering (e.g. architecture, engineering) Multiannual professional experience in pre-sales or sales of technical products requiring declaration Knowledge of standards and regulations (brand protection, building safety, accessibility) Embossed technical understanding, experience with digital planning tools (BIM, CAD, dormakaba tools) and tendering platforms Analytical skills, communication strength and professional customer orientation Experience in cross-functional cooperation with sales, business development and marketing English knowledge of advantage
