The Bundesgesellschaft für Endlager (BGE) is looking for a site for a high-radioactive waste end storage facility and is building the Konrad end storage facility for low- and medium-radioactive waste. The BGE keeps the Morsleben end camp open until shutdown and plans to recover the radioactive waste from the Asse shaft plant. The BGE is a federal company in the department of the Federal Environment Ministry.

You perform the management tasks in the technical department of the shaft plant according to technical, economic and licensing aspects. You are responsible for the safe operation and the maintenance of the shaft tubes of the machine-operated sink including. shaft installations and shaft water storage including extinguishing devices. You ensure the recurring exams (intem & SV) with detection in the SAP-PM including. Cost tracking for the ASK to be supervised in-house. You shall ensure the proper operation of the department and the execution of rope rides and transports. You are responsible for ensuring the resources and materials required for handling the department. You monitor compliance with the relevant laws, regulations, regulations and rules of technology, in particular with regard to occupational safety, environmental, fire and radiation protection.

You have a degree in the field of mechanical engineering, mining or comparable. You have several years of experience in the maintenance of shaft conveyor systems and the management of operating units. You have extensive experience in managing employees. You can demonstrate a multi-year professional experience in dealing with supervisory authorities, reviewers and foreign companies. You have a multiannual professional experience in mining and nuclear licensing procedures.
