For our locations in Stuttgart and Berlin we are looking for you Technical buyer (all genders) Call for tenders and awards With our 8 branches in Hamburg, Munich, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Berlin, Nuremberg, Leipzig and Stuttgart we are represented throughout Germany.

You optimierst products and prices in the calculation and execution phase of our projects You collect offers from the entrepreneurs and advertise them, including the development of price levels and subcontractor performance directories You set up a contract schedule in cooperation with the project management You are a contact person and advise professionally on purchase-related topics for planning, costing and project management before and during the execution phase You create and optimise tender documents and compilation of contract documents You conduct bidding talks together with the project management You will work out and begin sampling and conduct them independently with the project participants

You have a technical training or a successfully completed study as a civil engineer or architect You have professional experience in the tendering of post-contracting services (LP 6–7) in turnkey interior design You apply the VOB safely and have knowledge in the BGB building contract law You have experience in dealing with an AVA program, ideally iTWO You bring communication strength, negotiation skills and enforcement skills You think entrepreneurial and work structured and independent You work team-oriented and are ready to grow together in a strong team
