The Department of Internal Medicine – Cardiology and Conservative Intensive Medicine includes a cardiological station with attached Chest Pain Unit as well as an internalist intensive care unit. The certified Cardiac Arrest Center offers the complete range of intensive medical procedures. As an integral part of the Vivantes ECMO Center, extracorporeal heart lung support is one of our therapeutic priorities. With the aid of a special-purpose vehicle with special rights (ECMO Mobil) operated by the clinic, a time-critical 24/7 supply of all Vivantes locations is carried out by our team, including extracorporeal reanimation.
