(Senior) Controller (m/f/d)

You are continuously expanding the Financial Controlling for our projects and developing them. You are responsible for budget planning, short-term and medium-term planning, target-actual comparisons, deriving appropriate measures as well as ad-hoc and scenario analyses, and are launching reports for internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you design modern controlling instruments and processes and efficiently map them into IT-supported systems such as ERP, BI or Lucanet solutions. With your business know-how, you analyze and evaluate business cases, create transparency in terms of economic impact and support in prioritizing strategic projects. You will also participate in the preparation of annual and consolidated financial statements and support audits as a competent respondent. As an experienced Sparring partner, you share your knowledge in the team to ensure high quality standards together.

Multiannual experience in financial controlling allows you to safely analyze business relationships and prepare sound decisions. With your pronounced analytical thinking ability, you quickly recognize complex relationships and guide targeted action recommendations. You are characterized by a structured, self-responsible way of working as well as convincing moderation and presentation skills. The secure handling of MS Office as well as your high IT affinity in the environment of ERP, BI and accounting systems help you to efficiently design your tasks. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile, as well as a completed economic studies or a comparable qualification, ideally complemented by a further education in controlling.
