Independently responsible handling of turnkey construction projects in commercial and industrial construction as well as turnkey construction projects of the public sector (new buildings and constructions in stock) Work preparation, tendering and awarding of post-contracting services, construction site organisation and performance reporting Management of the contracted companies Guided tour of construction site management (SF-Poliere) Decrease, deficiencies and settlement Depending on the experience overriding project organisation of several construction projects

Graduate in the fields of civil engineering, architecture or comparable degree course, as an alternative technician or master Professional experience as a construction manager or project manager in the field of turnkey construction desirable Self-employed, flexible and targeted Conductivity Good communication skills Negotiating skills in dealing with contracting entities and subcontractors Teamability, Enforcement and Mobility Controlling the usual computer applications
