As part of a dedicated HR team, you are employed within the IT department in planning, prioritization, resource management and personnel controlling. You work on personal matters such as e.g. the creation of work presentations and advice on strategic issues of the personnel sector. In addition, staff coordination and operational planning are part of your task. By performing these activities, you contribute to the digital sovereignty of the Federal Office for Constitutional Protection.

You possess German nationality and have: on a completed study (Bachelor/ Diploma [FH]) in economics, administrative management, public law or public administration, or the specialist preparation service or the ascent procedure (running course of the up-to-date non-technical administrative service of the federal or state) or Further training for the management specialist Staff course II It is also possible to apply for students who obtain the completion of such a study at the latest six months after the application deadline.
