Münster. Your activity is assigned to the Chapter/Squad Server Management Windows & Hyper-V. Here you work with 14 colleagues across the site and with various interfaces.

Tasks with perspectives You are responsible for the stable operation, lifecycle management and the continuous development of the Azure Arc agent for our large-scale Windows server landscape in hybrid on-premise and cloud environments. You automate central operating processes such as patch management, compliance checks and agent rollouts and reduce manual overlays by standardization, scripting and reusable operating modules. You analyze ticket, monitoring and log data, identify recurring error images, and derive automated countermeasures as well as self-healing mechanisms. You develop and integrierst AI-assisted assistance and bot solutions to support IT operations, such as ticket classification, fault analysis and provision of solution proposals. You work with cloud, security and operating teams across locations and areas, and you integrate Azure Arc-based operating models into existing release, change and release processes.

Personality with profile You have a completed study of (economic) informatics as well as several years of relevant professional experience in IT operations or a comparable qualification. You'll learn how to operate Windows Server environments and hybrid IT architectures and have practical experience with Azure-based platform and operating models. You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, in particular in Azure Arc, Azure Monitor and update management functions, and PowerShell is sure to use for automation. Ideally, you have experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform). You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level). You work structured, analytically and solution-oriented and apply methodological approaches to the sustainable improvement of operating processes. salary frame and career level The annual salary for this position is between €70,000 and €102,000 for a 38-hour week, depending on the corresponding experience and qualification, and pays on our career model as follows:
