The Cologne wine cellar belongs to the REWE Group, based in Cologne (Stolberger Straße 92).

What you do with us: Organisation and monitoring of workflows and the takeover of service and holiday planning Travel agency for team management Customer service Participation in meetings and conferences Coordination of compliance with workflows and processes Continuous improvement of service quality, service orientation and productivity as well as internal workflows in the team and across teams Working with general tasks of customer service (customer advice, complaints, subscription processing, cash billing, orders, etc.) Implementation of daily cash billing as well as the audit and clarification of open items, to the dunning and collection procedures in cooperation with external accounting
