Responsibility, Planning, Control and Optimization of Manufacturing, Logistics, Purchase and Order Center and Industrial Engineering Efficient leadership and ongoing development of around 300 employees Continuous analysis and optimization of processes in terms of quality, cost, output, productivity and monitoring and implementation of the ongoing restructuring of production processes Optimization of existing production and assembly processes and the implementation of lean management projects in the production environment and supply chain Implementation and consolidation of the budget process and implementation of budget targets and adjustment of the operating budget to increase profitability Ensure a close cross-area and cross-site exchange and active participation in global projects

Complete technical studies, ideally in engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification At least 5-10 years of leadership experience in the field of operations in the manufacturing industry, ideally in automation technology Deep experience in lean and supply chain (planning & control) Experience in multistage production of high variance modules Business knowledge, cost awareness, economic thinking and entrepreneurship German and English skills and hands-on mentality
