Full responsibility for recruiting from demand clarification to occupation Development and implementation of sourcing strategies, use of modern recruiting tools and talent acquisition methods Advising the departments as a strategic HR partner Professional design of employer branding measures Conducting interviews, selection procedures and applicant management Active participation and further development of corporate culture Use of modern tools and AI skills in recruiting Cooperation in HR projects and further development of HR processes

Completed training or studies in personnel management or a comparable area Recruiting or HR experience, ideally as HR Business Partner Knowledge of labour law and/or collective agreements Safe handling of modern recruiting tools, talent acquisition and employer branding Ideally already touch points with AI applications in recruiting Positive radiation, humor and team skills Joy in moving things and actively developing things
