The interdisciplinary team develops analyses, forecasts, monitoring reports and strategies for urban services, the municipal council and the specialist departments. Methods of empirical social and economic research and methods of strategy development are used.

Strategy and implementation: You develop a housing strategy for the city of Karlsruhe. This includes an actual analysis, the derivation of objectives and strategies and the development of measures. You coordinate the implementation of the housing strategy and develop a monitoring system. You work closely and dialogue-oriented with urban services and all actors in the housing industry. Events: You design and moderate event formats with a focus on housing policy, for example round tables. Communication: You are responsible for the communication and public relations concerning housing. To this end, you will draw up expertly sound drafts of decisions, expert reports and opinions.

Qualifications: You have a completed academic degree (Master/University) in the field of real estate, economics, geography, urban and spatial planning, sociology or a comparable degree course or a comparable qualification. Expertise & professional experience: You bring experience in the housing industry or have well-founded expertise in housing economic topics. In addition, you have already successfully managed projects and are well familiar with strategy processes and methods of stakeholder participation.
