Apprenticeship as an office management clerk (m/f/d)

You are part of our team and get to know all the important processes in office management. Together with us, you plan and organize training offers and ensure smooth processes. You take appointment organization, prepare meetings and participate in the material procurement. You process queries from interested parties as well as participants – by phone and email. You gain practical experience in the fields of seminar and course management, accounting, marketing and human resources. You work with modern communication and information systems and gain insight into all relevant office and business processes. You will also be there at events and fairs – variety guaranteed!

You have a (special) abitur or a good middle education degree with solid achievements in German and mathematics. You are interested in commercial topics and are happy to organize. A careful way of working, reliability and a quick conception are yours. Communication is fun and teamwork is your thing. MS Office?
